OPELINK Fiber Curing Glue is composed by Part A and Part B, they need to be heat to cure.
This glue is made by light yellow epoxy coating.It's designed for pasting the fiber optic device and package.And it' s not limited to other section such as the package for embedment isolation, electric resistance, electric capacity,manufacturing,enameled wire,man-made jemstone, man-made marble etc.
OPELINK Fiber Curing Glue is appllied for mechanical processing and will not be distroyed. It can work long time, and has high bonding strength,with fully bright, high hardness, fast speed for the heat of curing, withstand high temperature, withstand the circular pound between the high temperature and high-low temperature. It has high bonding strength for most of materials and has high absorbency(absorbency rate≤0.2%). It has long work time in room temperature(Port life 1-2 days), after mixing for part A and part B, it could stay for 30 days in 0ºC,6 months under 10ºC, 12 months under 20ºC. After curing, the coating film will change into transparant solid of amber color.If put paint of different color, it can be made into the different paint coating, and the black collor is the best.

Curing Condition:80ºC 30 minutes;100ºC 15 minutes;120ºC 10 minutes;150ºC 1 minutes;
Storage life : in room temperature,over 12 months(put part A and part B seperately);
Working time:1-2 days(room temperature);10 days(0ºC);30 days(-15ºC),with limit in 20 g;
